§ Mr. FARRELLMay I ask the right hon. Gentleman whether, if the railway company do not see their way to make the siding, he can put any machinery in motion to enable these proceedings to be brought before the Railway Commission?
§ Mr. CHURCHILLI should like to have notice of that question, but I think the hon. Gentleman had better read the answer of the railway company and frame another question upon it.
