Resolved, "That it is expedient to authorise the payment, out of moneys provided by Parliament, of the Expenses of prosecutions undertaken in pursuance of any Act of the present Session to enable the Department of Agriculture and Technical Instruction for Ireland to undertake prosecutions in certain cases under the Merchandise Marks Act, 1887."—[Mr. T.
