Where an estate is purchased by the Congested Districts Board, and tenants on the estate to the extent of three-fourths in number and rateable value have agreed to purchase their holdings, the Board may order that the remaining tenants or any of them shall be deemed to have accepted the offers made to them by the Board in any case where, under Section eighty of the Act of 1903, the tenant could have obtained an advance of the entire purchase money.

Amendment proposed: At the end of the Clause, to add the words "and the Land Purchase Acts shall apply accordingly."—[Mr. Birrell.]
