HC Deb 04 August 1909 vol 8 c1845
Mr. MACKARNESS (for Dr. Rutherford)

asked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the situation in India, he will afford the House further facilities for discussing the Indian Budget by suspending the Eleven o'clock Rule on Thursday?

The PRIME MINISTER

I do not think that there are sufficient indications of a general desire for the prolongation of the sitting to-morrow to justify such a Motion.
