"Temeraire" on Saturday, 31st ultimo, at the Naval Review, and the conditions of the sufferers; whether the accident was due to any defect in the gun; and whether similar mishaps are preventible in future?
§ Mr. McKENNANo official report of the inquiry which was ordered has yet been received, and I regret, therefore, that I am unable as yet to make any statement as to the cause of the accident.
