§ Mr. JOYCEasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether his attention has been called to notices issued by the Irish Local Government Board relative to inquiries which have been held into applications for loans under the Housing of the Working Classes (Ireland) Act, 1908; and whether, under this Act, if a local authority have previously borrowed to the full limit of their powers, they are, all other things considered, namely, plans, estimates, sites, etc., being satisfactory, allowed to borrow for the purpose of a building scheme under the Act of 1908 for the Housing of the Working Classes?
