§ Mr. REESasked the Under-Secretary of State for India, whether he was aware that dissatisfaction prevails amongst the European officers of police in Sind owing to the fact that natives of India had been promoted over their heads regardless of seniority, and of the fact that in some cases such natives of India had not had entirely satisfactory records; and whether the Government would make inquiries into the matter?
