Member for South Somerset, as representing the President of the Board of Agriculture, whether he had any information as to the closing of a public right of way leading out of Stone Road across the fields to Lobshurst Farm, and thence out into Boy Lane, near Longton, Staffordshire; and what action, if any, he proposed to take to protect public rights in the matter?
§ Sir E. STRACHEYWe have no information as to the closing of the public right of way mentioned, nor have we any power to intervene in such matters. I would suggest that my hon. Friend might communicate with the Commons and Footpaths Preservation Society on the subject.
