§ MR. DILLONI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can state for each half-year from November, 1903, to May, 1908, and for the period from May, 1908, to 30th September, 1908, the number of agreements and applications for loans which have reached the Estates Commissioners, the area covered by these applications, and the amount of money applied for.
