HC Deb 20 October 1908 vol 194 cc932-3
MR. MITCHELL-THOMSON

I beg to ask the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies what is the present position with regard to the All-Red Route proposals.

COLONEL SEELY

No Report has yet been made by the Committee on the All-Red Route. The Committee are considering an Interim Report, but will be unable to report finally until certain further information has been obtained from the self-governing Dominions.

EARL WINTERTON (Sussex, Horsham)

Can the hon. Gentleman give any indication when the Report is likely to be received? Will it be before Christmas?

COLONEL SEELY

I am afraid I cannot say at present.
