§ SIR EDWARD GREYThe Turkish Government have been asked by the Powers whether they wish for the withdrawal of the foreign officers attached to the Macedonian Gendarmerie. No answer has yet been received. There is no intention of reducing any officers 934 whose services the Turkish Government desire to retain.
