HC Deb 30 November 1908 vol 197 c1064
MR. JOHN O'DONNELL (Mayo, S.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Jordan estate, situate at Cloanmore, Murneen Electoral District of the Claremorris Union, has been offered for sale to the Congested Districts Board; and, if so, whether he will state the number of years purchase asked by the landlord and offered by the Board, and when the negotiations will be completed.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) This estate was offered to the Congested Districts Board in 1905; but, owing to the want of funds for improvements, they had in the following year to postpone the matter. The position remains unaltered.
