§ MR. FETHERSTONHAUGH (Fermanagh, N.)To ask the Chief Secre- 382 tary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is yet in a position to state if it is intended by the Government to introduce any general measure for licensing reform for Ireland in the coming session of Parliament.
