CECIL (Marylebone, E.)To ask the President of the Board of Education when will the Regulations proposed to be made under Clause 2, subsection (5), of the Education Bill be submitted to the House; and will the same condition apply under the Regulations to the desire of parents for their children to receive undenominational as will apply to denominational teaching.
