RICHARDS (Wolverhampton, W.)To ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he is prepared to make a statement as to when he will introduce the promised legislation respecting the superannuation of civil servants, as indicated in the letter from the Treasury to the Civil Servants Deferred Pay Committee on 4th February.
