§ MR. FETHERSTONHAUGH (Fermanagh, N.)To ask the Chief Secretary 1577 to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Estates Commissioners have received an application for restoration from Edward M'Brien, of Derrygonnelly, County Fermanagh, as son of an evicted tenant on the Ely estate; and will the Commissioners provide him with a holding under the powers of the Act or under Section 2 of the Purchase Act of 1903.
(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estates Commissioners are unable to trace the receipt of any application for reinstatement from Edward M'Brien.
