MCKINNON WOODThe unsatisfactory position of commercial relations with Venezuela has for some time past occupied the attention of His Majesty's Government and of His Majesty's Minister in Caracas, and the latter has adopted, and may be relied on to adopt, any practicable measures to improve matters. We cannot, however, hold out much hope that these efforts will be immediately successful.
