§ MR. SINCLAIRThe number of persons (exclusive of lunatics) over sixty-five years of age in receipt of Poor Law relief in Scotland at 15th May, 1908, was 24,429; I hope to be in a position a little later to give the number of such persons who are over seventy years of age.
