§ MR. COOPER (Southwark, Bermondsey)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade when the English translation promised by him of the suggested alterations in international copyright, being discussed at the International Conference now sitting at Berlin, will be printed and obtainable.
§ MR. CHURCHILLI informed the hon. Member for Leicester on 19th October that I would have a translation issued if he desired it, but I understood that he did not so desire. The document referred to is now out of date, having been superseded by amended proposals brought forward by various countries from time to time at the Conference itself. To issue a translation at the present time would therefore be useless and misleading.
