DR. RUTHERFORD (Middlesex, Brentford)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether, in the interests of the Anglo-Russian entente, he will consider the advisability of suggesting that the respective Governments should recall their subjects who are in the Persian service.
