§ MR. MUNRO FERGUSON (Leith Burghs)To ask the Secretary for Scotland whether the Housing and Town Planning, etc., Bill was drafted on the joint responsibility of the English and Scottish Local Government Departments, or whether under the sole auspices of the English authority.
