§ MR. ASQUITHI am very sorry that we shall not have the presence of the hon. Gentleman, but I rejoice that he will be absent in so good a cause. I am afraid that the same consideration would apply whatever Vote was put down, because the Territorial Army is not entirely officered by agricultural Members.
