Member for South Somerset, as representing the President of the Board of Agriculture, if he can make any statement as to the result of his conference with the War Office in regard to the question of an efficient supply of horses for military purposes; whether any scheme has been formulated; and, if so, when will it be published.

(Answered by Sir Edward Strachey.) The matter is still under consideration, and my noble friend is not yet able to make any statement on the subject.
