LONSDALEI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he has considered the claims of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland to receive treatment equivalent to that which is to be given under the new University scheme to the Catholic University School of Medicine in Cecilia Street, Dublin; and whether he proposes to take any action in the matter.
