To ask the Under-Secretary of State for India whether the visit of the Prime Minister of Nepaul to England and other parts of Europe is by official invitation; whether he is to be treated as a State guest; and, if so, will the expenses of his hospitality he defrayed from the British Exchequer or by Indian funds.

(Answered by Mi. Buchanan.) The Answer to the first two Questions is in the affirmative. The cost of the entertainment of the Prime Minister of Nepaul as a State guest will be borne by the British Exchequer.
