HC Deb 18 May 1908 vol 188 c1614
MR. BRAMSDON (Portsmouth)

To ask the First Lord of the Admiralty whether the petition of the men on the tugs at Portsmouth has reached their Lordships, setting forth their grievances; if so, when did it reach them; and, if not, will he inquire the reason of it being withheld.

(Answered by Mr. McKenna.) The petitions were received last month, and the petitioners were heard in support of their statements during the recent visit of the late Board to Portsmouth. The matter is now under consideration.
