§ MR. ASHLEYI beg to ask the Secretary of State for War why a special Army Order has been issued prohibiting the enlistment of an apprentice into the Territorial Force, even if the master 1638 raises no objection, ill view of the fact that apprentices were permitted to join the Volunteers.
§ MR. HALDANEIf the hon. Member will refer to Army Order 110 of this month he will find that the prohibition has been cancelled.
