MR. O'SHAUGHNESSY

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if the Estates Commissioners have considered the case of Mrs. Mary M'Donnell, of East Wood, Glin, in the county of Limerick, evicted tenant on the estate of the Knight of Glin; and, if so, with what result.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estates Commissioners have considered the applications of Mrs. M'Donnell, who is the wife of a medical doctor, for reinstatement in three holdings, and after full investigation have refused the applications.
