HC Deb 13 May 1908 vol 188 c1105
MR. O'SHAUGHNESSY (Limerick, W.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if the Estates Commissioners have taken any action to have Mrs. Mary Casey, of Ballygran, in the county of Limerick, evicted tenant on the estate of C. F. Drew, reinstated; and, if so, with what result.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estates Commissioners have considered the application of Mrs. Mary Carey (not Casey), and her name has been noted as that of a person suitable to receive a holding in the event of the Commissioners acquiring untenanted land in the locality.
