§ MR. REESTo ask the Secretary of State for India whether the Government 1543 of India has given due effect to his instructions to make widely known in India the circumstances in respect of Indian immigration which at present obtain in Canada; and whether, if necessary, he will supplement these instructions, in view of the fact that British-Indian subjects still continue to arrive in Canada, where their reception is unsatisfactory.
