§ MR. YOUNGER (Ayr Burghs)To ask the Secretary of State for War whether a limited number of commissions in the Royal Field Artillery will be offered for competition amongst subalterns who serve a probationary period in the Special Reserve, Royal Field 767 Artillery, on conditions approximating to those previously in force for officers of Garrison Artillery Militia.
