To ask the Secretary of State for War whether important changes in the Army Accounts Department and the Army Pay Department are being contemplated; and, if not, whether he can see his way to make a statement which will set at rest the uneasiness prevailing among members of those Departments.

(Answered, by Mr. Secretary Haldane.) Certain changes in the Army Accounts Department are under consideration, and I hope to be able to arrive at a decision at no distant date.
