HC Deb 11 March 1908 vol 185 c1511
MR. GRETTON

To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty how many vessels belonging to the Home Fleet, exclusive of the fully-manned battleships, cruisers, scouts, and destroyers which were withdrawn from the Channel, Atlantic, and Mediterranean Fleets to constitute the Nore Division of the Home Fleet, took part in the annual manœuvres last autumn.

(Answered by Mr. Edmund Robertson.) Three Home Fleet vessels, normally not fully manned, took part in these manœuvres, viz., battleship "Mars," cruiser "Essex," and torpedo-gunboat "Speedwell."
