Territorial Army—Messing Allowance to Officers during Training.

To ask the Secretary of State for War, whether a messing fee, and, if so, of what amount, will be allowed to Territorial officers during training.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Haldane.) A daily allowance of 4s, in aid of messing expenses will be made to Territorial officers during annual training in camp, courses of instruction, etc.
