HC Deb 05 March 1908 vol 185 c847
Mr. SLOAN (Belfast, S.)

To ask the President of the Board of Trade whether he will consider the advisability of asking for a representative of the fruit trade to attend the proposed railway conference for the purpose of making known from a practical point of view their difficulties and the conditions involved in the subjects to be discussed.

(Answered by Mr. Lloyd-George.) The representation of traders and agriculturists on the sub-committees of the railway conference is now under consideration, and I cannot at present make any statement thereon.
