§ Mr. SUMMERBELL (Sunderland)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade if his attention has been called to discrepancies in the regulations issued by the Board of Trade to rocket companies; that such discrepancies have existed for over fourteen years without any attempt at correction; and, if so, will he state whether it is the intention of the Government to issue a new book of instructions with the necessary alterations.
§ Mr. KEARLEYYes, Sir. The attention of the Board of Trade has been called to a discrepancy between the letter-press and the illustrations in the instructions relating to the rocket apparatus, and it is now being corrected.
