HC Deb 04 March 1908 vol 185 c704
EARL WINTERTON

I beg to ask the Prime Minister whether he is yet in a position to state if the Government will, during the present session, introduce a Bill dealing with the relations between this House and another place on the lines of the Resolution passed last session.

THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUER (Mr. ASQUITH,) Fife, E.

I am not in a position to make any statement.

MR. STANLEY WILSON (Yorkshire, E.R., Holderness)

May I ask whether the House is to understand that this question is no longer one of extreme urgency, as the right hon. Gentleman stated it was last session?

MR. ASQUITH

The hon. Gentleman can draw any conclusions he likes.
