To ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether he is aware that serious financial difficulties have arisen in various Irish technical schools owing to the repayments made for building; and whether the Treasury will arrange immediately to provide the amount necessary as a building fund to enable those schools to be efficiently and economically worked.
