§ MR. J. MURPHYTo ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he can state why so many reports on schools in Circuit 8 (Belfast) have been reduced during the last twelve months; and how many teachers will suffer in increments and promotion owing to that reduction.
