§ MR. J. MURPHY (Kerry, E.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland what steps the Estates Commissioners propose to take to assist Jeremiah Healy, who has now been reinstated in his farm at Foiladoun, Glenflesk, County Kerry; and will he impress on the Commissioners the necessity of dealing with this and similar cases effectively and at once, instead of allowing a considerable period of time to elapse and large sums of money to be spent on repeated inspections which seem to lead to no result.
§ MR. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners inform me that they have received no application whatever in this case. If any application should be made to them they will, I have no doubt, deal with it upon its merits.
