HC Deb 29 June 1908 vol 191 c376
MR. J. MURPHY (Kerry, E.)

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland what steps the Estates Commissioners propose to take to assist Jeremiah Healy, who has now been reinstated in his farm at Foiladoun, Glenflesk, County Kerry; and will he impress on the Commissioners the necessity of dealing with this and similar cases effectively and at once, instead of allowing a considerable period of time to elapse and large sums of money to be spent on repeated inspections which seem to lead to no result.

MR. BIRRELL

The Estates Commissioners inform me that they have received no application whatever in this case. If any application should be made to them they will, I have no doubt, deal with it upon its merits.
