I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he has any information respecting an outrage with firearms at the dwelling-house of a farmer living near Rathruddy, on Saturday, 13th June; and whether any arrests were made in connection with the occurrence.

The police inform me that on the night of the 12th instant, shots were fired into the house of Michael Glynn at the place named in the Question. The police have not succeeded in discovering the offenders, and consequently no arrests have been possible.
