HC Deb 01 June 1908 vol 189 c1528
DR. RUTHERFORD (Middlesex, Brentford)

To ask the President of the Board of Trade whether, in view of the fact that the London, Chatham, and Dover Railway Company make no provision for carrying to London the same evening third-class passengers who arrive at Dover from Belgium about 8 p.m., while provision is made for first and second-class passengers, he proposes to take any steps to remedy this state of affairs.

(Answered by Mr. Churchill.) I am in communication with the managing committee of the railway on this subject, and will inform my hon. friend of the result.
