To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he will state the total cost of the recent Royal Commission on Congestion in Ireland.

(Answered by Mr. Hobhouse.) The cost of the Royal Commission on Congestion in Ireland., so far as it was borne on the Vote for Temporary Commissions, amounted to £9,465. In addition an expenditure estimated at £5,800 has been incurred in respect of stationery and printing.
