MR. CATHCART WASONI beg to ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will state what countries have made representations to His Majesty's Government with reference to unrestricted importation of live cattle, and the nature of such representations; and whether, in view of the fact that all foreign countries impose quarantine restrictions of a severe nature, he can state if any have made any suggestions for reciprocal arrangements for free trade and abandon of quarantine restrictions imposed by them.
