§ SIR THOMAS ESMONDE (Wexford, N.)To ask the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies when Parts I. and II. of the Report on Native Education in South Africa will be published, and also the Special Reports on Bechuanaland and Basutoland.
(Answered by Colonel Seely.) It is not proposed to lay these further Papers which are not as suitable for publication, as they are either no longer quite up to date or deal with matters of less general interest than the last part which has been published.
