HC Deb 27 July 1908 vol 193 c834
MR. FFRENCH (Wexford, S)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that the usual time for the Land Commission to issue their Report has passed; and can he state when the Report will be issued, and explain the cause of delay.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Report of the Land Commission for the year ending 31st March last has now been received and will be laid upon the Table in a day or two. The Report is rather earlier this year than usual. It contains a large quantity of statistical information, which necessarily takes a considerable time to prepare.
