PATRICK O'BRIEN (Kilkenny)To ask the Postmaster-General whether he is aware that a letter-carrier in the employment of the local post office was a member of a band who paraded the streets of Portadown on the morning of the 13th instant, cursing the Pope and smashing the windows and doors of Catholic houses; and whether any reprimand will be conveyed to this individual.
