To ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether a copy of the complete Ordinances relating to the East Africa, Uganda, Nyasaland, and Somaliland Protectorates up to 30th June, 1908, can be placed in the Library of the House.

(Answered by Colonel Seely.) I will inquire, and, if (as I gather from the hon. Member's Question) the sets now in the Library of the House are incomplete, I will have them completed.
