§ MR. HUGH LAW (Donegal, W.)To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, if he will say how many children were tried under Paragraph (b) of the proviso to Section 15 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Children Act, 1904, and how many were convicted thereunder, in 1905, 1906, and 1907 respectively.
(Answered by Mr. Secretary Gladstone.) There was no such case in the year 1907. I cannot speak with certainty of the years 1905 and 1906, but I think it is extremely unlikely that any such case occurred.
