To ask the Secretary of State for War whether, in view of the fact that there is a difference in the pattern of the Union Jack, used on His Majesty's ships from that used in recent years in His Majesty's Army, the new Territorial Force will be supplied with the pattern used in the Navy or in the Army.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Haldane.) No issues of the Union Jack will be made to the Territorial Force.
